Bachelor Assignment

The first HEBI incubator is designed in 1968 by Dr.van Hemel. The incubator is suitable for use in developing countries. Operated with electricity, a combination of lightbulbs and a water reservoir provide a warm humid climate to care for the infant.

While the incubator is functioning very good the HEBI foundation has a few concerns. In my assignment I documented the excisting incubator and searched for future directions, mainly the aspects of weigth and use/convenience.

More information about the incubator and the HEBI foundation can be found by clicking on the logo on the left.
